The Marcato Atlas Roller 180 is a versatile Italian pasta machine made from aluminium for durability and hygiene. It allows you to create fresh pasta, flatbreads, and international dishes like ramen and spring rolls at home. Use it with the optional Marcato motor for easy rolling.
The Atlas Roller 180 Pasta Machine offers a maximum width of 180mm, suitable for multiple uses with various types of mixtures.
Besides fresh pasta, Atlas 180 can be used to make bakery products such as thin piadina flatbread from Romagna, Arabic bread and carasau Sardinian flatbread.
This machine can prepare international first courses such as ramen noodles, udon noodles and spring rolls. And for dessert, you can also prepare sweet dishes such as fondant, strudel pastry, hojarasca cookies and baklava layered pastry.
Made in aluminium to guarantee top quality and also safety in terms of hygiene and for use in contact with food. Retaining rings are present on each side of the rollers to prevent flour residue coming into contact with the machine mechanisms. The bayonet fitting makes it easy to insert a Marcato Pasta drive motor for easy, fast and intuitive rolling.
